Can you fix a website someone else built?
Yes — that's a large part of what we do. WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify
or something custom and undocumented, it doesn't matter. We start with a
fixed-fee audit and give you a written verdict before you commit to anything.
Can you register a .bn or .com.bn domain for me?
We'll handle the process with you. Brunei domains are administered through
BNNIC and generally require a locally registered business, so the paperwork
has to be in your name — we prepare it and walk it through. If you'd rather
launch this week, we'll start you on a .com and move you across later.
Can my customers actually pay online here?
Often yes, but not always the way people expect. Card gateways aren't a given
for every Brunei business, so we design the checkout around what really clears
— bank transfer with automatic confirmation, QR payment, cash on delivery, or
a full gateway when your volume justifies the fees. We'll tell you which is
worth it before you pay for it.
Will the site work on a slow connection?
That's a design constraint from the start, not an afterthought. We keep pages
light, compress every image and serve from an edge network, so the site is
usable on mobile data outside the city — not just on office fibre.
Do you work outside Brunei-Muara?
Yes. We cover all four districts and run most of the work remotely, with
meetings in person where they earn their travel time. We also take on clients
in the wider region when the fit is right.
Can the site be in Malay as well as English?
Yes. We build bilingual sites with proper language switching and translated
metadata, so both versions are indexed. You supply the Malay copy or we
arrange translation.
Do I own the site when it's finished?
Yes. Source, repository, domain and hosting accounts are registered in your
name and transfer to you at handover. No hostage licensing, no locked
platform, no monthly fee just to keep your own site switched on.
How long does it take?
A starter site is typically 2–3 weeks. A business build with ordering or
bookings runs 6–10 weeks depending on scope. A rescue audit comes back
within a week.
